Founder and owner of the LDaily media platform, SNN Agency and the Lawyer.ua online legal services platform. Mykola has been supporting the interests of international business in Ukraine in the investment field, managing risk, resolving and minimizing major business conflicts for more than 18 years.

He has been defending the interests of business in Ukraine in the field of risk management, resolution and minimization of major business conflicts for more than 18 years. He began his professional career as a legal adviser to the CEO in 1999, next, he held the position of adviser to the CEO on conflict resolution and investment risks in large Ukrainian companies. He built and implemented a unique conflict resolution system, which helped successfully resolve a major conflict between the state and a large foreign investor; this helped the state to pay a loan of hundreds of millions of dollars. From 2002 to 2006, he successfully headed investment and crisis management departments in large international holdings. Working in the corporate sector gave him a unique experience in analyzing the causes of risks of losing assets and finance, as well as in building and implementing reliable protection schemes. Practical experience and a deep understanding of the peculiarities of the risky investment market led to the creation of his own business.
In 2006, he founded the S&P Agency consulting company which has been helping large businesses to successfully invest and grow profit in Ukraine for 10 years.

He is a business consultant, an investment and business risk consultant to CEOs of large multinational corporations in Ukraine.
He is a speaker of Business Wisdom Summit, the author of numerous publications on business protection, minimizing business conflicts in Ukraine, building strategies for conducting successful business in Ukraine.
