The S&P Agency company has seized the court for compensation for the harm caused to the client by an official of the state jurisdiction.

In the interests of the company-client, which suffered a property harm in the amount of over 600.000 UAH, due to inappropriate storage of the property exempted during the search, S&P Agency filled a claim on the harm compensation caused by an official of the state jurisdiction (by an investigator for criminal proceedings, during the exemption and storage of the client’s property), on the basis of which the court started hearings of a civil case.
