According to the application of the S&P Agency attorneys, the court fixed a time limit for the completion of pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings.

The attorneys of S&P Agency managed to convince the court that the time during which an investigation in the criminal proceedings had been conducted against a foreign client and had been based on evasion of taxes, was quite enough for making a legal decision.  The investigators used criminal proceedings for squeezing the business but not for the real investigation for a long time, aiming to ascertain an objective truth.

The court agreed with the proofs of our attorneys and unprecedentedly fixed a time limit of two months for conducting all the necessary investigating activities and completing the pre-trial investigation.
