Nataliia has been working in the areas of conflict resolution, investment protection, GR, PR, risk management, crisis communications, protection and countering illegal takeover for over 20 years. She started her career in 1996 as a legal adviser to the CEO, and for the next 7 years, she held the position of the Deputy General Director for Investment Protection in large international companies. Risk analysis and minimization of possible business losses were the key tasks. During 9 years of Nataliia’s work, shareholders minimized the losses of billions of dollars, which allowed companies to successfully implement investment projects in Ukraine. During this time, she gained practical experience in managing risks, removing companies from crises, and protecting businesses from illegal actions of the state and competitors. She also got unprecedented experience in developing and implementing schemes to minimize business losses, adopting "preventive measures" to avoid conflicts in the future.
She is a business consultant, a consultant on investment and business risks, crisis communications and issues of reputational protection, GR, works with CEOs of large multinational corporations in Ukraine.
She is also a speaker of Business Wisdom Summit, the author of numerous publications on business protection, minimizing business conflicts in Ukraine, building strategies for conducting successful business in Ukraine.
