Natalia has worked in conflict resolution, investment protection, risk management, protection, and counteraction to illegal takeovers for more than 25 years. She began her career in 1997 as a lawyer for large multinational companies. Since 2002, she has held the position of Deputy General Director for Investment Protection in large international companies. The core functions were risk analysis and minimization of possible business losses. During the ten years of Natalia’s corporate work, international shareholders minimized losses of hundreds of millions of US dollars, allowing companies to implement investment projects in Ukraine. During this time, she gained practical experience in risk management, crisis exit, and protection of the business against misconduct by the state and competitors. And what is more, she got unprecedented practical experience in the development and implementation of schemes for minimizing investment risks.
