For more than 23 years, he has been defending the interests of business in Ukraine in the field of risk management, resolution, and minimization of business conflicts. He began his professional career in 1999 as a legal advisor to the CEO after working as an advisor to the CEO on resolving conflict and investment risks in large Ukrainian companies. Back in the 1990s, he developed and implemented a unique conflict resolution system, which, among other things, allowed to resolve a full-fledged conflict between the state and a major foreign investor. As a result, the state returned hundreds of millions of dollars in loans to the investor. During 2002-2006, he successfully headed the investment protection and crisis management departments in significant international holdings. Working in the corporate sector, he gained unique experience in analyzing the causes of risks of asset loss and significant financial losses. As a result, we have successfully created and applied reliable protection schemes for companies. The acquired practical experience and deep understanding of the peculiarities of the risky investment market led to the creation of our own business.
He founded Siutkin&Partners Law firm in 2007, which later became S&P Agency Investment Risk Management. The company has helped big businesses not only to realize and transform their risks but also to invest and profit safely in Ukraine.
He is a lawyer, business consultant, investment and business risk consultant for CEOs of large Ukrainian and multinational corporations in Ukraine.
