On April 25, S&P Agency Hub held a practical training “Inquiries, tax authorities checks, major business mistakes. Practical advice”.

At the unique training, developed by S&P Agency lawyers, the following issues were discussed:

How to respond to requests from tax authorities;
Top 10 business errors during inspections;
Company’s main actions during inspections.

Сompany executives, heads of legal departments, financial directors, chief accountants of leading Ukrainian and foreign companies attended the training.

During the training, the participants received effective tools in the fight against “letters of happiness” from fiscal authorities, learned about the standard and non-standard approaches of responding to tax authorities, received tips on minimizing the negative consequences of tax audits. The training examined practical cases based on current judicial practice.
